DETERMINATION OF RESPONSIBILITIES OF SELLER AND BUYER

1 OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER (NGUYEN THI DIEU HIEN BUSINESS HOUSEHOLD)

- Closing orders with correct products and packages to ensure quality and safety.

- Support and create as many conditions as possible for customers to know about many products, buy and receive goods as soon as possible in each transaction.

- Track orders, take responsibility when orders are not delivered successfully. In this case, you should contact the customer early to promptly deliver the product to the customer.

- Responsible for handling your sales orders in case of unexpected circumstances.

- Advise and guide all specific information related to products/services so that Buyers can understand and use.

- Provide products/goods to the Buyer on time and in the agreed quantity after the Buyer has paid in full.

- Resolve questions and difficulties during product use.

- Provide documents and papers related to the Buyer's payment to the Seller such as invoices, purchase orders, receipts, etc. with the total amount placed by the Buyer in the orders.

2 BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS

- Strictly comply with regulations and procedures related to services prescribed by the Seller.

- Pay the Seller in full the amount according to the order along with prescribed invoices and documents (If any).

- Support and provide complete information to the Seller related to transactions when the Seller requests.
